Kingaroy Rides respects your privacy and handles personal information responsibly.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination details, trip history, booking information, and information you provide when using Kingaroy Rides.
We may also collect location information that you provide or allow the app to access where needed to select pickup and destination locations, calculate fares, and provide the rideshare service.
How we use your information
We use personal information to create and manage your account and bookings, contact you about rides, calculate fares, process payments, issue receipts, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal, accounting and taxation obligations.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely using Stripe. Kingaroy Rides does not store your full card number or card security code. Payment information may be used to facilitate the payment method you select for your ride.
Location information
Location and address information may be used for pickup and destination selection, fare calculations and providing the booked service. Kingaroy Rides does not sell location information or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing and storage
Information may be shared with service providers required to operate Kingaroy Rides, including Stripe, Google Maps Platform and Google Firebase. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law or where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or operation of the service.
Kingaroy Rides does not sell personal information.
Account deletion
You can request deletion directly in the Passenger App by opening Profile and selecting Delete Profile. Some transaction, taxation, accounting or other records may need to be retained where required by law.

You may request access to or correction of personal information held about you by contacting Kingaroy Rides.
